Bass Properties has been active in real-estate investing, leasing, and sales for over 35 years. Our passion is breathing new life to older buildings located in the Highlands, St. Matthews, and Crescent Hill areas. Although we started with single family homes, over the years we’ve expanded to apartments, commercial properties, and storage units. Our focus is to embrace the unique features and original charms of a property and bring that beauty into the functionality of the 20th century. We appreciate and see the wisdom in using good materials, quality craftsmanship, and lush landscaping. We feel that this is what makes a house feel like a home.
