Maintenance Requests

Emergencies
If the emergency is life threatening, dial 911.
If this is a nuisance issue, such as noise, please call the police non-emergency number.

What is classified as a maintenance emergency?
If the outside temperature is forecast to go below 55 degrees and you have no heat or in the summer if the outside temp is above 85 degrees then it is considered an emergency, a busted water pipe, clogged toilet when a tenant only has one toilet, (although we recommend keeping a plunger in your bathroom) or a lockout are some examples of an after hours emergency. Please note we do charge a $40 fee for lockouts! Call the leasing office at 502-456-6000 and it will prompt you how to leave a message for On Call Maintenance. IF you don’t leave a message with your name and phone # they will NOT call you back. If it is something that can wait until the next business day please leave a message in the general leasing voicemail only.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for?
The resident is required to keep the property in neat and clean condition and to perform minor repairs per the terms of the lease. We change furnace filters quarterly on a quarterly basis but feel free to change them yourselves more frequently if you prefer.

General Maintenance Requests
